In GÜNSEL, the domestic car of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, women are at the center of direct production and R&D, not only in traditional departments such as human resources or corporate communication.
BURSA (İGFA) – Approximately one third of GÜNSEL employees are women. As designer, industrial design engineer, procurement engineer, project engineer, automotive engineer, mechanical engineer, composite engineer, cabling engineer, women take responsibility in many different units of GÜNSEL, from R&D to production. Women who work as project managers and team leaders in the development and production stages of GÜNSEL have an important contribution. With the transformation, women will be more visible throughout the automotive industry!
GÜNSEL Founding Board Member Tuba Güven Zurnacı said that electric car companies will be the leading companies with the highest female employment rate. Saying that women lead each unit of GÜNSEL by taking responsibility, Zurnacı said, “We will continue to increase the employment of women in GÜNSEL. “GÜNSEL’s doors are open to women who want to change the future.”
