Head of Sivas’s Gürün Chamber of Agriculture Hüseyin Aktepe and employees of the Chamber left fodder to the nature for street and wild animals in freezing cold.
SİVAS (İGFA) – Chamber of Agriculture in Gürün district of Sivas did not forget the wild animals. An event was organized to feed the street and wild animals that had difficulty finding food due to heavy snowfall. Hüseyin Aktepe, President of Gürün Chamber of Agriculture, agricultural consultants and chamber staff attended the event. Mayor Aktepe and his entourage left the prepared bone-in meats, bread and water in the designated areas. Gürün Agriculture Chamber President Hüseyin Aktepe said, “We have worked for our animals that have difficulties in finding food in their natural lives due to the heavy snowfall in our district. Our work will continue throughout the winter to feed them. We ask our citizens and especially our farmers not to throw away surplus food and put them aside for animals that have trouble finding food in their natural habitat. ”
