In the Iznik district of Bursa, the wounded cat, which the citizens reported to the municipality, was operated and put on platinum. It was revealed that the cat was pregnant during the treatment.
BURSA (İGFA) – Iznik Municipality Veterinary Health Services teams received a notice that a cat was hit by a car upon the complaint from the citizens. The teams that immediately intervened with the injured cat found that the cat’s rear left leg was broken.
İznik Municipality Veterinarian, Mertkan Bahçekapılı stated that the cat was in severe condition during the first intervention and said that they noticed that he had a baby during x-rays. Explaining that they put platinum on his broken foot, Bahçekapılı said, “The cat, which has been under our supervision for a month, gave birth to a kitten the other day. At the moment, the baby and the mother are very healthy, they will be under our supervision for a while. ”
