Bursa Uludağ University (BUÜ) announced the results of the satisfaction survey conducted with the participation of all its stakeholders twice a year. BUU Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Salim Guide said, “The rates reached today are an indicator of satisfaction arising from one-to-one communication.”
BURSA (İGFA) – Bursa Uludağ University Quality Coordinator’s survey results were published. The results of the satisfaction survey, which was carried out with the participation of all stakeholders twice a year, showed that its rate has increased in the last two years.
According to the data of the Quality Coordinatorship, 71.94 percent for academic staff, 67.65 percent for administrative staff, 74.83 percent for graduate students. and 60.15 percent for undergraduate students, 72.36 percent for graduates, and 79.59 percent for external stakeholders. In addition, the number of participation in the survey increased from 753 to 3 thousand 693 in 20 months.
Bursa Uludağ University Quality Coordinator Assoc. Dr. Funda Coşkun pointed out that the increase in the satisfaction rates with the increase of the people who made the survey is a good result of the improvements and studies made. Assoc. Dr. Considering Coşkun’s satisfaction rates since the new management took office; announced that it increased 26 percent in undergraduate students, 17 percent in graduate students, and 15 percent in academic and administrative staff.
