While Hürriyet Emlak listed the provinces and districts where real estate was valued in the last 1 year in the Marmara region, the January 2021 Index also calculated the depreciation periods in the region and revealed the most expensive and cheapest provinces.
BURSA (İGFA ) – According to the data, the highest increase in the average square meter prices in houses for sale in the Marmara region was in Sakarya with 56 percent. Sakarya was followed by Bilecik with 44 percent, Yalova with 38 percent, Kırklareli with 33 percent and Istanbul with 32 percent.
Akyazı was the district with the highest increase in average prices in Sakarya with 74.76 percent.
The cheapest city in houses for sale in the Marmara region was Bilecik with an average price of 1,808 TL, and the most expensive city was Istanbul with an average price of 5,499 TL.
According to Hürriyet Emlak January 2021 Index, the last 1 in the Marmara region Tekirdağ was the province where the average square meter prices of rental housing increased the most during the year. While there was an increase of 27 percent in the city, Tekirdağ was followed by Kırklareli with 25 percent, Balıkesir with 19 percent, Yalova with 17 percent and Sakarya with 16 percent.
Çorlu district in Tekirdağ where rental housing prices increased the most. showed an increase of 18.88 percent.
While the province with the highest average square meter prices in rental housing in the Marmara region was Istanbul with 22 TL, the cheapest province was Bilecik with 4 TL.
