Arif Koca, the headman of Bahçeiçi village in the Gürün district of Sivas, opens the neighborhood and street roads, which were closed due to snow, by his own means.
SİVAS (İGFA) – Bahçeiçi village, which is connected to the province of Gürün in Sivas. The headman, Arif Koca, took over the head of the village in order to prevent the transportation from interrupting in the village after heavy snowfall.
Koca, who started to work on the road with his own tractor, said that he would not make the villager a victim as the headman and stated that he was always at the service of his villagers. Arif Koca said, “This year there has been a lot of snowfall. Our district Special Administration teams opened the main roads, thanks. Since there are no graders in the streets of our village, I open the alleys with tractors to contribute to our special administration and district governorship.
