DENİZLİ (İGFA) – Merkezefendi Municipal Orchestra continues its cultural and artistic studies during the pandemic period. . Citizens who could not leave their homes due to the curfew showed great interest in the online concert. Singer Oğuz Aksaç and Tanju Güneş also took part in the concert where orchestra soloist Tayfun Tunç sang beautiful folk songs and songs.
Merkezefendi Mayor Şeniz Doğan stated that they wanted to be morale to the citizens during the pandemic period and we had a promise that we would bring the Merkezefendi together with art and artists. This statement is more important to us than most structural projects. We want every child to meet, meet and touch the instrument. Our goal is to establish a Children’s Symphony Orchestra and we work in this direction. “We want to give concerts in our neighborhoods with our citizens as soon as the pandemic is over.”
