In Ardahan, among the consumer complaints made to the Consumer Arbitration Panel, loan agreements ranked first in banking transactions.
ARDAHAN (İGFA) – In Ardahan, where 926 consumer complaints were filed in 2020, Province Consumer The Presidency of the Arbitration Committee, together with the applications remaining from the previous year, decided on the applications of a total of 133 thousand consumers. While 70 percent of the decisions were concluded in favor of the consumer and 18 percent against it, 12 percent of them were given a lack of jurisdiction. Accordingly, loan agreements in banking transactions ranked first in consumer complaints. It was noted that 792 of them were concluded in favor of the consumer and 201 against the consumer, and 88 percent of the applications were concluded.
