Medical school target from Istiklal University

Rector of Kahramanmaraş İstiklal University (KİÜ) Prof. Dr. Sami Özgül expressed that they wanted to establish medical and engineering faculties.

Rector Özgül gave information to AK Party deputies about the university’s new departments and programs, and the efforts to determine the location of the campus. Emphasizing that they want to establish a Faculty of Medicine and Engineering within KIU, Rector Özgül said, “I believe that we will bring these faculties into life with the support of our MPs.”
Stating that they continue to contribute to the development process of the university, the delegation stated that they will closely follow the initiatives made by YÖK and other institutions .
