Heavy snow and blizzards in Siirt’s Şirvan district did not prevent children from village schools from love of education. The students got on the agricultural vehicle known as pat pat and made their way to their schools despite the snow and blizzard.
SİİRT (İGFA) – The Ministry of National Education gradually came face to face in village schools on February 15th. With the start of education, the students living in Taşlı hamlet of Nallıkaya village in Siirt’s Şirvan district faced a thousand and one difficulties in order to receive face-to-face education at the school in the village.
In order not to miss out on their education, the students got on the agricultural vehicle known as pat and went to their schools despite the snow and blizzard. Parents of students living in Taşlı hamlet of Nallıkaya village of Şirvan district said that despite the harsh winter conditions, children go to and from classes so that they do not miss their classes.
Parents, “Children walk for hours every day for departure and return. Sometimes they go by an agricultural vehicle. Although it is dangerous, the students are happy to go to school. ”
