Applications started on February 1, 2021 in the competition organized with the theme of ‘Step by Step Bursam’, will end on May 19, 2021. While all usage rights of the films belong to Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, the works that have been shown and awarded anywhere before will not be able to participate in the competition. In the contest, where one person can apply with more than one work, the duration of the films will not exceed 2 (two) minutes, including the credits. The resolution of the movies that will be in MP4 format will not be less than 1920 × 1080. Among the works participating in the 2 Minutes Bursa Short Film Competition, a total of three works determined by the Jury will be awarded first, second and third prizes. The winner of the competition will be awarded 5 thousand TL, the second 4 thousand TL and the third 3 thousand TL.
