Orhangazi Imam Hatip Secondary School, which participated in the TÜBİTAK 2204-B Secondary Schools Research Projects Competition with the “Contactless Smart Toilet Bowl” project and represented our district in the regional finals, was evaluated by expert committees in 12 regional centers and ranked first in the region among 1,453 projects.{3 }
Orhangazi Imam Hatip Secondary School participated in the competitions with the “Contactless Smart Toilet Bowl” project, which was prepared under the direction of Technology Design teacher Taner Kızılkale and is the result of the intellectual engineering of the students, in the TÜBİTAK 2204-B Secondary School Students Research Project Competition. Selected from a total of 15,674 projects from different schools, they qualified to participate in the regional finals.
204 of the student teams, including Orhangazi Imam Hatip Secondary School, who presented their projects online in the regional competition, were evaluated by the relevant field expert academician jury, and Turkey qualified for the finals.
In the field of Robotics and Coding, which is the sub-theme of the Technological Design field, the project team achieved a significant success by winning the regional first place with the Contactless Smart Toilet project, and by winning the right to represent our district in the Turkish finals. Our students were also awarded 1000 TL each by TÜBİTAK.
