NN Hayat ve Emeklilik met with high school students at the Social Innovation Camp organized in cooperation with the Young Achievement Education Foundation (Junior Achievement Turkey). In the camp, where 78 students from 35 different high schools in 21 provinces participated, young people designed technological solutions for equal opportunities in education.
BURSA (İGFA) – NN Life and Pension, Young Achievement Education Foundation (Junior Achievement Turkey) brought high school students together with innovation at the Social Innovation Camp. The camp, the first of which was held in 2017, was held online for the first time this year due to the pandemic. High school students, who came together by connecting from their own cities, created innovative solutions to social problems with NN volunteers this year. In the Social Innovation Camp, where 78 students from 35 different high schools in 21 provinces developed a social enterprise idea in mixed groups, students carried out their studies on “Equal opportunity in Education with Educational Technologies” this year. The best projects were selected at the end of the camp, where the ideas produced by the students were transformed into a business plan with the support of NN volunteer mentors.

NN Life and Pension General Manager Anna Grzelonska, who met young people online at the Social Innovation Camp event, shared her own experiences and gave advice to young people, saying, “Only a successful student Aim to gain new experiences, not to be. In Social Innovation Camp, which aims to leave a positive mark in the lives of young people with the mentorship and shared experiences of NN volunteers; With the guidance of their mentors on social issues, young people are aimed to develop ideas and find solutions to problems.
NN Hayat ve Emeklilik Human Resources Manager Özlem Kuzey Kaya and Customer Communication Center Manager Sercan Ünal were also among the jury team, and the most successful projects are two winners. and a second was determined. The first winning project is as follows: EQ-Vision was designed as a platform accessible to all students with the motto of “Equal and High Quality Vision”. Students in their age / class groups by using filters such as geography, age, class; Thanks to the personality inventories they have completed while registering for the platform, they can see what students with similar interests and inclinations are talking and imagining. In this way, students can be aware of the agendas and studies of their peers. DDC Online enables students to attend the classes of their choice according to the classes and courses they choose, allowing them to see both the online library environment and individual and collective guidance services. The website named Studay and mobile application project aims to meet the deficiencies and needs in the education of students between the ages of 6-18. The project also enables hearing and visually impaired students to benefit from these opportunities.
