Osmangazi Municipality regularly feeds stray dogs who have difficulties in finding food in snow-covered Uludağ.
BURSA (İGFA) – Osmangazi Municipality Environmental Protection and Control Directorate teams report that the snowfall continues. He left dry and wet food on the roadsides so that stray dogs in Uludağ do not go hungry. The municipality teams, who regularly went to the hotels area from the day the first snowflake fell, fed the dear friends they saw along the way. The teams also cleaned the snow on the feeding centers that Osmangazi Municipality placed at five different points for stray dogs to spend the winter months, and then put kilos of dry food into it. Officials said that the distribution of food to prevent stray dogs from starving will continue until the snow rises.

Osmangazi Mayor Mustafa Dündar said, “We are aware that we have responsibilities for all living things in our world. We are working to protect the ecological balance and natural beauty. Our teams regularly leave food on the roadsides so that the animals on the snow-covered Uludağ road do not go hungry.
