Many companies operating in Sivas in order to provide permanent employment and support the economy continue to increase their personnel numbers with On-the-Job Training Programs organized by the Sivas Provincial Directorate of Labor and Employment Agency (Sivas İŞKUR).
{ 3} SİVAS (İGFA) – A mutual protocol was signed with 5 companies who applied to Sivas İŞKUR and benefited from on-the-job training programs where qualified personnel were trained.
With the protocol signed between Governor Salih Ayhan and the parties, Ön Yıldız Tekstil 100, Ozon Tekstil 50, Ceylanoğlu Tekstil 68, TAYFX company 16 and BİM Birleşik Mağazalar AŞ 45 people in total will have job opportunities.
Sivas Governor Salih Ayhan stated that the city continues to develop and grow, He said that one of the best examples of this is the space allocations completed with the demands received in the 1st Organized Industrial Zone.
Stating that the area allocations are made to the investors in the OIZ, there is no space left in the region and new investment requests will be made in Demirağ OIZ, Governor Ayhan said, “We signed an on-the-job training program protocol with 5 companies in a fertile day. Our companies, which have previously employed many people, are once again taking advantage of the opportunities offered by our government to increase the number of personnel. We will always be proud of the production targets they set, despite the epidemic period, our brave, domestic and national companies that attach importance to R&D and read the future well.
Governor Ayhan recently visited TYH Tekstil, which recently started production and employs 300 people in the first place. Visiting the factory, which contributes greatly to the labor market in terms of the economy of our province, Governor Ayhan congratulated TYH Tekstil, which aims to increase the number of personnel to one thousand in the short term.

Hikmet Canpolat, Provincial Director of Sivas Labor and Employment Agency, thanked the companies that will provide employment by benefiting from on-the-job training programs and said, “Our companies, which have previously collaborated with our institution, once again contribute to the labor market by doing employment-oriented work. With the training that will last for 6 months, the trainees will learn on the job, and those who are invited to the course will be employed. ”
COMPANIES DETERMINED TO PRODUCE
President of the Sivas Chamber of Commerce and Industry (STSO) Mustafa Eken said, Turan Topgül, Deputy Mayor of the Municipality, emphasized that during the epidemic period, companies started to increase their employment numbers with production targets and the state was on the side of the producer.
Protocol First Organized Industrial Zone Manager Emre Torun was also present in the signature programs.
Governor Ayhan and his entourage visited the production departments of the factories and received information from the authorities after signing the protocol.
