KOCAELİ (İGFA) – Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Assoc. Dr. Tahir Büyükakın made the dreams of children come true. Mayor Büyükakın, who hosted the children who conveyed their dream of seeing Izmit by plane, took him around Izmit with a seaplane belonging to the Metropolitan Municipality. Büyükakın, who was closely interested in them on the plane, shared the excitement of the children by chatting a lot.
