In Yozgat, Kayseri Sugar Factory delayed the payments of beet producers. The producers, who claimed that they were in economic difficulties because they could not get their sugar beet money from the Kayseri Sugar Factory, asked for the payments to be made as soon as possible.
Former President of the Agriculture Chamber of Çandır district in Yozgat, Mustafa Kır, in a statement made by the social media account, Addressed to Sugar Factory managers. Stating that the delay in payments is a victim of the farmers, Kır shared the following statements in his post:
“You have not been able to pay the beet prices that have to be paid as of today, there is no problem in this, the problem is that he goes on TV and makes a statement at every opportunity, while paying newspapers. For some reason, the managers who take pictures are absent nowadays. Dear managers, please give a statement! When will you pay our money? We have debt! We have payments! We cannot make our payments on 31.12.2020 by relying on you. This is costing us to pay delay interest, please let one of you explain why it has not been paid and we will take action ”.
