AKSARAY (İGFA) – Aksaray University (ASÜ) Rector Prof. Dr. Yusuf Şahin participated in the “Leaders in the Transforming World Workshop” organized by the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK).
In the workshop organized with the aim of internalizing leadership and quality assurance culture, issues of increasing contribution to rapidly changing technology, student expectations, sectoral needs and competition understanding were discussed. Four main chapters and sub-titles were discussed at the meeting: “Leadership in the VUCA World,” “Basic Concepts and Leadership,” “Corporate Culture and Values” and “Leadership Behaviors”.
