MALATYA (İGFA) – AK Party Malatya Deputy Ahmet Çakır visited Malatya Commodity Exchange. Deputy Çakır stated that the establishment of the Licensed Dried Apricot Warehouse and the purchase of apricots by the Turkish Grain Board (TMO) are important for Malatya’s economy and apricot.

He pointed out that, “In 2019, the ton went up to 2,400 dollars, but it increased to 3,500 dollars. We have exported 90 thousand tons to 100 countries, and in return we have earned 266 million dollars of revenue. It shows the return for the services related to the apricot.
